由臺師大運動休閒與餐旅管理研究所--王國欽 老師與雄獅集團合作全球人才招募計畫，

《臺師大ｘ雄獅集團－全球人才哈伯造星》計畫，已於2024年6月及12月、2025年6月，分別完成三梯次研習營，成功將30位優秀同學，送進雄獅集團，成為全球人才儲備幹部(MA)。

剛結束的第三梯研習營，報名人數為194位，歷經8天密集研習與競賽，最終16位入選儲備幹部，分別來自7個不同大學、5個不同國家地區《美國、日本、越南、澳門及香港》，這些MA接下來將前往《東京、曼谷、上海、廣州》等地進行海外實習與歷練。
