由臺師大主持的上市公司--雄獅集團《全球人才招募計畫》，2024年6月及12月，順利完成兩梯次研習營。

在此跟您分享，第一梯學生於2024年8月，派往曼谷、上海、郵輪/挪威奮進號，進行海外實習一個月，2024年9月入職雄獅集團《儲備幹部》。 

第二梯學生於2024年12月結訓，入選16位學生，將前往東京、曼谷、上海、廣州實習，分別來自：

*臺大-外國語文學系/政治系國際關係組

*臺師大-國際人力資源發展所、華語文教學系、公民教育與活動領導學研究所、歷史系、社會教育學系、東亞學系、英語研究所、體育運動科學系、圖文傳播學系、歐洲文化與觀光研究所

*逢甲大學-國際企業管理全英學士學位學程

*政治大學-日本語文學系

*台灣藝術大學-廣播電市學系

*中央大學-永續領導力碩士學位學程

很少有企業願意提供學生海外實習機會，雄獅集團是國內的旅遊龍頭企業，為了這個計畫，雄獅投注了大量的資源，希望能找到集團未來全球發展儲備幹部。 

我個人有幸來主持這個《臺師大x雄獅集團》全球人才產學計畫，相信能帶給我們學子，難得的學習經驗與海外實習、儲備幹部機會。 

在前兩梯次的研習營中，學生分別有來自日本、祕魯、馬來西亞、越南、香港等國家的優秀同學；2025年第三梯次，已展開報名，希望能夠有更多《優秀人才加入》～歡迎您邀請及推薦學生加入、來挑戰！
